Andrea came to AIS to renew her Temporary Protected Status (TPS), coming from a country in Central America experiencing civil unrest. 

 

We discovered in our thorough consultation process that instead of simply renewing TPS, Andrea was actually eligible to apply for legal permanent residency, which would provide her with much more stability for her future.

 

After months of work to submit the application, Andrea received her green card and increased peace of mind. Over time, she established a successful career, purchased a home, became a U.S. citizen, and was able to help support other family members. She has come a very long way since first stepping foot into our office, and life for her family looks very different now.
